Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day.
Shipping is Monday-Friday unless there is a national holiday that is recognized by the USPS and/or UPS. Most orders ship same day but in the case of high order volumes some orders may take up to 2 days to process.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Any orders that weigh 1 lb or more can not be shipped to a P.O. box
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Rabid Baits is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Rabid Baits is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Rabid Baits ships world wide for a $15 flat rate. Orders from Canada normally ship via UPS standard and can expect 3-5 day shipping. Orders that outside of Canada that do not qualify for UPS Standard shipping will be shipped via USPS International Priority and can expect shipping times from 10 to 15 days.
